Cristina Black, a writer based in New York City, has been a Stoffa Productions client since 2003. We created a portfolio that organizes and presents her work professionally with a private archive that only displays her latest published pieces. Stoffa Productions recently worked with artist Tracy Granger on a new site design, combining ultra-sophisticated imagery with minimal structure. We were flexible enough to update the site design while preserving the architecture, making this site a powerful application for long-term promotion.
A pared-down color palette emphasizes the sophistication of the client's work while a black background makes for strong branding. The handwritten signature, scanned-in paper scraps and notebook motif convey literary edginess.

We developed custom Web applications to make the site clear and easy to navigate. Front page items link directly to the relevant work samples, while buttons connect the viewer to further information about the writer.

We created a series of custom web applications to give the client complete control over the site's content, including a cutting edge mp3 blog. The database-driven site features an attractive, easy-to-use back-end interface where the client can enter her own abstracts, upload work samples, and sort items chronologically. She also maintains a dynamic, user-friendly blog embedded with photos, videos and mp3 song clips.
